- Dully filed opening account form.

- Latest Official Valid duly self attested Proof of Identity as - Aadhar Card, PAN Card, Passport, Driving License, Voter Id, etc.
- Latest Official Valid duly self attested Proof of Address as - Gas Connection Card, Electricity/ Telephone Bill, First page of other Bank Account Passbook, etc.
Bank provides 24 x 7 ATM facility, now our customers can access ATM service across the India under the RuPay platforms. Also, along with ATM service Debit Card Holders can avail POS, Mobile / DTH Recharge facility and E-com services with us. Cusotmer can manage his/her RuPay Debit Card by registering his/her self with 'Sarvatra CardSafe' mobile application. It is available on Google Play Store as well as Apple Sotre.
Debit Card Block/Un-Block through SMS
Bank provides 24 x 7 Debit Card Block / Un-Block facility through SMS. You can simply send the message (SMS) on 7065966669 as below.
- For Permanent Blocking of Card: type 'LOST' (in capital letter) and send SMS on 7065966669
- For Temporary Blocking of Card: type 'BLOCK' (in capital letter) and send SMS on 7065966669
- For Unblocking of Card: type 'UNBLOCK' (in capital letter) and send SMS on 7065966669 (applicable on temporary blocking)
